Bharat and Dorris Godambe organized their first Hair and Make-Up Fashion Week from February 9 to 11 at hotel Rang Sharda, Bandra, Mumbai. “The idea was to showcase make-up artists and bring them together, to encourage young talent and recreate the looks of some Bollywood stars such as Bipasha Basu and Kareena,” Bharat Godambe tells Salon India.
The three day event was inaugurated by Madhuri Dixit.
Other well known attendees at the event included Jaya Bachchan, Farah Khan, Sonam Kapoor, etc. Veteran in the make-up industry Pandhari Dada was there as well.
