The outlets have an average retail space of 3,000 square feet, and nearly 30 per cent of the merchandise mix will stock fresh fruits and vegetables, with FMCG and non-food products making up the rest. “We’re ostensibly not looking at malls, but at neighbourhood locations with a two-kilometre-radius catchment area for each of our outlets,” informed the company spokesperson.
