Brioni, the Italian menswear brand, has planned to open its first exclusive outlet in Bengaluru, which will be its third in India, and is also looking for space (400-500 square metres) at prime locations to expand its presence across the country.
Addressing media at the launch of the New Delhi store, Andrea Perrone, co-CEO, Brioni, said: “Very soon, we will launch our third store in India, and are planning to do it in Bengaluru.” Perrone did not reveal the dates, though.
Besides, the brand is looking for a prospective joint venture in India. Confirming this, Perrone said, “We are looking at forming a joint venture with an Indian company. But it will take some time to finalise.” Presently, the brand operates in India through a franchisee.
