South India’s leading entertainment chain Pyramid Saimira Theatre, in response to the queries from investors regarding current position of Nirmal Kotecha in the company, has said that Kotecha is not holding any share in the company.
In a latest disclosure to Bombay Stock Exchange, the company further said that Kotecha has resigned from the board of directors with effect from November 17, 2008.
Consequently, Kotecha is no more a person belonging to promoters group or a person acting in concert, added the disclosure.
