Cosmetics and toiletries brand The Body Shop (TBS) has launched a shop-in-shop at Shoppers Stop, Nirmal Lifestyle Mall, Mumbai. TBS is already present in the SIS format at Central (department stores), Vama (department store in Mumbai) and Debenhams at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.
The Body Shop will take its SIS concept to other Shoppers Stop outlets in the country, including the ones in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Aurangabad, the company says.
Calling the collaboration with Shopper’s Stop Ltd an important step, Shriti Malhotra, general manager, The Body Shop, says, “Currently TBS has 40 stores across 18 cities in the country and we are opening new stores every month. It is our endeavour to make the brand accessible to as many customers as possible across different cities, through both standalone and SIS formats.”
The Body Shop SIS outlets offer the latest range of products across skin care, bath and body, make-up, hair, fragrance, men’s, gifts, accessories and other segments. Customers can also seek a quick skin care consultation by filling up a questionnaire to find out their skin type, and receive a recommendation on the treatment range best suited for their skin’s needs.
The brand, Malhotra says, is now more affordable to customers with prices lowered by 10 to 35 per cent.
