Magneto, a 10.35 lakh sq.ft shopping centre in Raipur, has recently added Metro Shoes as its tenant. The shoe retailer has a revenue-sharing model with the mall.
The Metro Shoes store at Magneto is spread over an area of 2,000 sq.ft and is the retailer’s first store in Chhattisgarh. Metro Shoes has a network of exclusive showrooms at more than 72 prime locations across 32-plus cities in India.
Constructed by Avinash Developers Pvt Ltd (ADPL), Magneto mall, Raipur opened its door to retailers on February 5 this year. The mall is currently 75 per cent occupied and 50 per cent operational.
The anchors operational at the mall are Westside, Ritu Wears, PVR and Bikano. Upcoming brands at the mall include Sony, Dell and Meena Bazaar.
