Spread across over 1,00,000 sq.ft. of space, LMB Springcity – a mall by real estate developer LMB SONS, is set to be operational by September 2011 in Ranchi. Located in Hinoo, the mall is centrally located in the heart of the city.
The GLA of the mall is approximately 50,000 sq.ft. The mall includes G+5 of retail space which has a food and entertainment zone and a three screen multiplex on the fourth floor. In addition, the mall has close to 18,000 sq.ft of parking space in basement, and around 20,000 sq.ft of additional surface parking. Gitanjali Lifestyle being the anchor store is coming to Ranchi for the first time along with Fun Cinemas.
