Branded jewellery manufacturer and retailer Gitanjali Group has opened its first store in Singapore called ‘Leading Italian Jewels’ at Raffles Hotel . Spread over 600 sq.ft., the outlet offers gold, diamond, and precious stones jewellery by high-end Italian jewellery brands such as Stefan Hafner, La Nouvelle Bague, IO SI, Porrati, and Valente Milano.
Speaking at the occasion, Mehul Choksi, CMD, Gitanjali Group, said: “The opening of ‘Leading Italian Jewels’ at the Raffles Hotel Arcade, is something we all are proud of already. This new store puts the customers at ease while they browse through the range of the high quality Italian jewelry which is fashionable, stylish, and one of its kind. This elegant store will not only draw the locals here but will also appeal to those visiting Singapore.”
According to the company officials, Gitanjali Group owns and distributes jewellery brands including Gili, Nakshatra, Asmi, D’damas, Sangini, Diya, Nizam, and Parineeta. At an International level, the retailer has is present in the US retail market through 111 stores under Samuels Jewelers – the fifth largest specialty retail chain in the US acquired by the Group in 2006.
