Eight insight Customer Conference to take place in Vegas

Computer Generated Solutions Inc (CGS) will host eighth annual Insight Customer Conference from March 8-10 in Las Vegas, where numerous industry professionals will discuss emerging industry trends and best practices. The event includes several keynote sessions, solution and product breakouts, and roundtable discussions aimed at helping CGS clients find solutions to pressing business issues through collaboration with their peers and solution providers.

The sessions will also cover every aspect of the product lifecycle from concept to consumer, with topics including financial management, PLM, supply chain management, warehouse management, EDI collaboration, business intelligence, e-commerce, CPSIA, GDSN and more. The conference will also feature an industry technology and services solution centre, BlueCherry Customer Advisory Council meetings, and a customer appreciation gala event. The event theme, ‘New World, New Solutions’, acknowledges the massive changes of the past year and the role technology will play in shaping the changing face of global business.

Phil Friedman, CGS president and CEO said, “This is one way that we can give something back by providing our customers with a forum to learn from and share with industry leaders, peers and suppliers.” Friedman will share his insights on the state of the global market and introduce the company’s latest solutions designed to improve customer competitiveness in a challenging business climate.

Dee Warmath, VP of Retail Insights at The NPD group, will guide attendees through the changing retail landscape and cut through the clutter of old and new industry assumptions. Sonny Grover, senior MD of alliant group, LP will highlight the R&D tax credit and how it can be effectively used by various industries. Jay Harris, COO of Charles Komar andSons and John Sanders, president of EDIasia will team up to share their thoughts about supply chain management optimisation opportunities.
