The modernists imbibing intellectualism are back in trend! With bob hairstyle, beatle cut, Ivy League cut, parka jackets, suites, Mod hats, and the revival of Vespa scooter the Indian youth picks up the essence of being modernistic Mod. It is a subculture of 60’s, which keeps reviving whenever the intellectualism is worshipped, in 1962 and 1989 for instance. Mods were international in outlook, deliberately blurring traditional gender boundaries, and decidedly street-smart.
