Whirlpool’s 360° Bloomwash 7.2 kg washing machine has been recognised as India’s best washing machine at the Croma Consumer Choice Award Ceremony held on 11th Feb 2014 in Mumbai at Vivanta by Taj, Cuffe Parade. The award is consumer driven with the votes determining the winner. More than 60 brands from 15 categories of electronics participated and over 6.7 lakhs votes were collected online and through Croma stores on a national level.
According to the company officials, the Whirlpool 360° Bloomwash has a variator plate that washes clothes in multiple inside-out circles. It uses 1/3rd of the water as compared to other fully automatic washing machines. The machine also uses a hydro-shower to loosen the dirt particles.
