Indian Handicrafts and Gifts Fair to hold 40th edition

Come October and the world’s largest B2B and Asia’s biggest show for home, lifestyle, fashion — Indian Handicrafts and Gifts Fair (IHGF) — will start its 40th edition featuring five power packed days, comprehensive selections in over 2000 products and more than 300 trend specific design developments across 14 product categories, spread over an area of 190,000 sq. meters at the plush India Expo Centre, New Delhi NCR.
More than 2400 exhibitors will showcase an entire range of home, lifestyle and fashion, with traditional artistic finish in perfect harmony with modern designs and contemporary colours at IHGF.
IHGF is amongst Asia’s largest gifts and handicrafts fair, held biannually (Spring and Autumn edition) and is organised by Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) here from October 14 to 18, 2015.
Besides playing host to its international patrons representing major brands and labels from across the world, this sourcing trade platform opens its doors to domestic retail sourcing, by invitation/pre-registration. This show is also an extensive resource for design professionals, featuring design theories to decorate and embellish, with select accents and interior design hardware in categories of home, office, outdoors as well as commercial décor, confirming to prevalent and upcoming trends in prime European and US markets.
“The most significant and distinct sourcing platform in Asia (IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn 2015), now gets bigger and bolder, bringing you much more of everything – more space, more exhibitors, more sectors, more enhanced facilities, more days and of course, bringing you a thoughtfully re-conceptualised and renewed IHGF Spring Fair with 17 clear product categories in enriched display spaces,” said the council.
The event will provide distinctive business platform for importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, fashion designers, potential franchises, mail order companies and a few more to source an unparalleled variety of handicrafts, gifts and lifestyle products, from a cross section of handmade manufacturers from the country.
