Rajesh Exports has secured a Rs 653 crore export order for gold and diamond studded jewelry from Singapore.
According to a PTI report: The order is to be completed by September 30 this year, Rajesh Exports said in a regulatory filing.
Its order book position as on March 31 this year was Rs 34,560 crore, it added.
“Rajesh Exports has bagged an export order worth Rs 653 crore of designer range of gold and diamond studded jewelry and medallions from Singapore,” the jewelry firm was quoted by PTI as saying.
The order will be executed at the company’s manufacturing facility at Bangalore, which has an installed capacity to process 250 tonnes of jewelry per annum.
With the acquisition of Valcambi, the world’s largest gold refinery at Switzerland. Rajesh Exports has total capacity to refine 2400 tonnes of precious metals per annum.
The company has also presence in the retail segments and has 80 showrooms which sell its jewelry products under the brand name Shubh Jewellers.
