Japan’s KOSÉ Corporation has launched Spawake anti-ageing skincare products in India. The products are especially designed to treat dry, loose skin which has lost firmness and elasticity.
All the products contain a core ingredient called Astaxanthin, which has been developed through years of proprietary ageing research by KOSÉ. Astaxanthin is a red pigment that is found in algae, extracted from the sea. It provides superior anti-oxidant properties and anti-ageing support.
Along with Astaxanthin, Spawake Age Solution Range contains an extract of Japanese kelp (Laminaria Japonica) and sea salt, which are commonly used marine cosmetic ingredients.

Currently the brand is present in urban Indian cities with a major presence across Delhi/NCR, Punjab, UP, Uttrakhand and Jammu & Kashmir. Spawake – which retails through its e-commerce site apart from brick-and-mortar outlets – has plans to expand to 1,800 stores in India over the next few years.
